Our attorneys focus on specific aspects of the law, primarily Estate Planning and Business formation. This focus allows them to understand the finite details of both simple and complex situations, quickly and efficiently. We work constantly to keep on the latest tax and estate laws to ensure the plan you put together will continue to work for you, even as things change.
When you sit down with us, we will always: factor in the probate process, possible tax ramifications, and the validity of the pieces you’ve put in place. They understand how to minimize the amount of Court involvement and the taxation of your estate, and help you put together the plan that is right for you.
One more thing to think about, without a valid AND properly filed Will, Trust or other Estate planning document, the Probate court decides how your property will be distributed and assigns a stranger to handle the process. Ensure your wishes are followed after you pass by putting your wishes in writing with assistance from an experienced Estate Planning attorney.
